These have been exciting days around the church.  Preparation for VBS has been in full swing.  Now the fun begins tomorrow (Monday) evening.  As I look back over last week, I realize once again, the importance of working together as a team.  It took team effort on everything we did last week.  We had teams putting together trees, painting, hanging things, cutting out objects, drawing, decorating, buying groceries, folding newsletters, praying, preparing lessons, printing badges, and even cleaning up.   No one had to carry the load alone.  

We heard in Pastor Pat's sermons last week how the body all works together.    What a blessing to see the sermon lived out during the week.  We really can't make it without each other.   I sure wouldn't want to try.
