What I desire most for children is that they would absolutely fall in love with Jesus. I want them to realize the impact that Christ could make in their life. I pray that their spiritual roots would go down deep enough that they would be able to withstand the storms of life. I want God's Word to absolutely come alive to children and for it to change their lives.

Children can bring life to the church; they can make people smile; or they can bring a tear. They are bold, soft, wiggly, giggly, and "precious in His sight." And the church really can't make it without them.

We would be honored to have the opportunity to minister to your children and to your family.

Children's Worship Service

Beginning at 9:30 each Sunday morning, the children gather for a worship service Kidz style. There is singing, object lessons, games, snacks, video clips and a sermon on a Kidz level.

Sunday School

The children are a part of Family Worship Service (10:40am) in the Sanctuary for about 30 minutes....then they are dismissed for Sunday School. Teachers lovingly teach God's Truths in age appropriate small groups.

Bible Quiz

 September thru March we have Bible Quizzing. This program enables the Kidz to not only hide God's Word in their hearts - but to learn it in a way they will NEVER forget.  This year's study is over the Old Testament books of Joshua, Judges, and Ruth.  Quizzing is a fantastic way for the children to be in a Bible Study on their level.  We will begin August 19 and meet each Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. and each Sunday at 6:00 p.m.

Bus Ministry

We love picking up Kidz in the Church Van and bringing them to church. If you need a ride, or know someone who would love to be a part of our Kidz activities, please call the church office.

Vacation Bible School

Each summer we provide a fun-filled, action packed VBS for the children. The 2009 theme was Camp Edge.  Experience + Discovering God Everyday.  We had a fantastic time as we ministered to over 100 children.

Children's Camp

Each summer our children are involved in children's camp at Wheat State Park near Wichita.  This year's camp was July 20 - 25.  Camp is a time of fun and spiritual renewal for the children.

We have many activities throughout the year to keep the Kidz interested in service to God and to let them know it is FUN to be a part of the family of God.
